Welcome to my 30 m² apartment, located on the second floor in Paris’s 5th arrondissement. Perfect for two guests, it features a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally situated just a 2-minute walk from the metro, it’s the perfect base for a peaceful stay in the heart of the City of Light.

Welcome! Step into this beautifully decorated, light-filled 30 m² apartment. The living area features a very comfortable sofa, a TV, and a desk, perfect for working in peace and quiet. The dining space includes a table that seats two guests comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare your meals: a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and more. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200), carefully made with high-quality hotel-grade linens. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, bathtub, and toilet. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed in the apartment. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each reservation. All that’s left to do is relax and enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
