Large apartment located between the Jardin du Luxembourg and the Jardin des Plantes in the popular 5th arrondissement of Paris.

Atypical, this apartment has a very spacious living room with a huge and comfortable sofa, a chaise longue, a beautiful armchair and a TV. The couch has a pullout bed and the daybed can be converted to a bed. The large windows allow a beautiful light whatever the time of day. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining area equipped with a table on which 6 people can sit. The bedroom is upstairs. You have to take a charming spiral staircase to access it. A double bed awaits you there. A portable AC is available for your comfort. The bathroom is very functional with its shower and sink. The balcony is here to make the flat a perfect one :) NOTE: The air conditioning is portable — the apartment has a portable AC unit.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
