Welcome to my apartment! Modern and elegantly decorated, this charming 91m² apartment offers the perfect stay in Vila Nova de Gaia, just moments away from top attractions. Located on the 5th floor and easily accessible by lift, the apartment boasts an open floor plan designed for comfort and style. The living area features a cosy sofa, a wide-screen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for four, making it a great space to unwind. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy fresh air and a peaceful outdoor retreat. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, a dishwasher is provided for easy cleanup, along with ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The master bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed, a balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a comfortable queen-sized bed. Both rooms come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The apartment has two modern bathrooms, each stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need for a refreshing stay. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
