This magnificent 60m² flat on the second floor (no lift) is tastefully decorated to provide maximum comfort, making it the ideal place to spend your stay in Lyon. It comprises a large main room with a living area and two armchairs, a large comfortable sofa with a coffee table, a small flat-screen TV and a Wi-Fi connection. The open-plan kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, hob, kettle, toaster, fridge and all you need to cook. A dining area with a large table and 4 chairs makes it easy for 4 people to dine together. The sleeping area has a 160x200 double bed, a chest of drawers, a small bedside table and a dressing area for your personal belongings. Finally, there is the open-plan bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washbasin with storage, a large towel rail and a separate WC. For your convenience, the flat is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel-quality laundry (bed linen already in place, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 bar of soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton buds, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa sticks, 3 sugar cubes, 2 mini cookies); 1 cleaning kit for the stay (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet).
