Designed with an open floor plan, the living room offers a sofa, a smart TV to stream your favourite shows and a dining area. Step outside to a private courtyard with comfortable seating, perfect for lounging or enjoying a meal in the fresh air. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals. It features a stove, oven, and microwave, along with essential cookware and cutlery. For your convenience, the house also has a washer and ironing facilities. The bedroom has a UK (150cm) king-size bed and plush hotel-quality linens to ensure restful sleep. The bathroom is equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, and an additional separate toilet is also available for added convenience. To ensure your comfort, the home is professionally cleaned before every stay. Enjoy your time here!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
