Step into elegance with this meticulously designed apartment featuring a modern layout. A bright living space with a sofa, a smart TV, and a private terrace with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the views. There's also a lavish queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The kitchen has all the essentials for making home-cooked meals, including a stove and oven, microwave, electric kettle, utensils, cookware, and cutlery. Feel complimentary to use the coffee machine at your leisure. For your added convenience, you will also have a dishwasher. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests. Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
