This beautiful studio apartment is perfect for travelers seeking both comfort and convenience. The sophisticated unit features a living area with a luxurious king bed adorned in complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Relax on the plush sofa while watching your favorite shows on the wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options. There is also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the outdoor views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. Equipped with one bathroom, it contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Rest assured, the studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
