Discover the perfect blend of comfort and excitement in this sophisticated urban retreat. The living room has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the stunning Marina views. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfill your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
