In the living room, you'll find a cozy sofa bed perfect for relaxation, a wide-screen TV for your favorite shows, and a dining table. The large windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Step out onto the balcony with chairs and a Glimpse of Burj Khalifa, where you can take in the view and enjoy the fresh air. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essential cookware and cutlery you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other handy appliances. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure you have a restful night's sleep. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department so that I can register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests. Kindly note that the minimum age for check-in is 18.

Todo fue genial, desde el check-in hasta las recomendaciones sobre cosas que hacer en la zona, etc. El único problema fueron algunas manchas en la ropa de cama. Aparte de eso, todo fue perfecto.

Este apartamento era precioso - el único inconveniente es que la vista desde el balcón está lleno de construcción, pero eso no es demasiado grande de un problema. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia
