Nestled in the sought-after Velpeau neighborhood, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and Tours city center, this peaceful haven combines modern comfort with a cozy atmosphere. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, you'll find all the amenities you need for your stay. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals just like at home (stovetop, oven, filter and Nespresso coffee machines, etc.). The kitchen opens onto the living room to enhance the cozy atmosphere. You can relax on the sofa watching TV, reading a book, or enjoying the fiber optic Wi-Fi connection. In the evening, you can head to the bedroom, which features a comfortable double bed for a good night's sleep. The bathroom has a shower and a vanity unit. The toilet is separate. On sunny days, a small balcony will allow you to enjoy the sun. For your comfort, you can travel light: sheets and towels are provided. Check-in and check-out are independent. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Don't hesitate to book :)

The apartment is located a 13-minute walk from Tours train station. Close to major highways, you can also easily access it by car. Parking is free on the street (please avoid parking on Place Velpeau on Wednesday and Saturday evenings as there is a market the following day). Public transportation is also nearby, making it easy to get around. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator.
