Welcome to my 85 m² home located on the 2nd floor in Caucade. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with its 3 bedrooms featuring double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a garden. Ideally situated just minutes from bus stops, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in Nice.

Welcome! The entrance door to this 85 m² house opens onto a bright, elegantly decorated space. The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a large TV. It opens onto a balcony furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The dining area includes a table that can seat up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. Two bedrooms each have a trundle bed, while the third bedroom offers a double bed (140x200 cm), carefully made up with high-quality hotel linens. Closets are available for you to store your belongings and feel right at home. L’appartement dispose de deux salles de bain, chacune équipée d’une vasque, d’une douche et de toilettes. Outside, you’ll enjoy a small garden furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for sunny days. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The house is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left is for you to enjoy!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
