Welcome! This lovely 59m² apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, and supermarkets. There are also plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The living room is thoughtfully furnished with a sofa bed, a TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table—creating the perfect space to relax and spend time with your group. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a balcony, offering a tranquil spot to unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, cookware, and crockery to meet all your culinary needs. A washer is also available for your convenience. Both bedrooms feature comfortable double beds in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels and toiletries, so you can quickly freshen up. For your comfort, the apartment is always professionally cleaned. Please note: It is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
