The property is on the lower ground floor and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people. The smoke-free property features a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a study, and a patio garden. The living room is equipped with a sofa and a dining table that can seat 4 people. The bijou kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances. The bedroom offers a double bed, and ample storage, and overlooks the private patio. You can access the patio garden from the study, which is equipped with a desk and chair. The bathroom features a bathtub as well as a hand-held shower.
