Welcome! This stunning 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Dubai Marina is the perfect retreat for couples or small groups seeking comfort, convenience, and unforgettable city views. This lovely 160m2 apartment is on the 10th floor, accessible by lift. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa bed, a reclining massage chair, a TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table, creating the perfect space to relax and enjoy quality time with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and soak in mesmerizing marina and city skyline vistas. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and the second has two single beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The 2.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Kindly note that parking is available upon request. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
