Welcome to my home! This lovely 82m2 apartment is on the 35th floor, accessible by lift. It is tastefully furnished, well-pointed and with luxury hotel amenities. This high-rise apartment with sweeping views of Marina Walk and surrounding skyscrapers is directly connected to Marina Mall. This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a TV where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing and comfortable seating. The private balcony has a small table and chairs, where you can enjoy a cool drink or dine alfresco while admiring the marina's blue waters. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare a delicious meal. The bedroom contains a lush king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, multiple storage spaces for your belongings and a wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including a bathtub, a toilet and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
