Welcome to my home! This lovely 70m2 house has two floors accessible by stairs. The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area and a TV to watch all your favourite shows. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking appliances and cutlery to fulfil your culinary requirements. Plus, a dining table is available to dine with loved ones, and a washer is available to help with your laundry needs. There are two bedrooms, both of which are equipped with double beds. They are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Muy bonito y limpio apartamento, en un entorno lovley. Usted puede alcanzar el autobús al centro de la ciudad en pocos minutos.

La ubicación de la casa es buena, equipada con todo lo necesario y en un lugar muy tranquilo y agradable, aunque andando está a unos 30 minutos de Stephens Green Park, puedes disfrutar del paseo o cog
