Just a two-minute walk from Tours train station, making it easy to get around. As soon as you walk through the door, you'll be greeted by a soothing atmosphere. Neutral tones and natural materials create a relaxing ambience for your stay. The spacious living area features a lounge bathed in natural light. It's the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Enjoy the comfort of the sofa bed while planning your next adventure. A TV and wifi connection are also available! You can prepare your meals in the modern, well-equipped kitchen (coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven...). A dining table is also available to enjoy your delicious meals. Acceso
You have your own parking space in the residence, but be aware that it's small and not suitable for all vehicles (we have a Zoe, for example, and it just fits). Parking is free in the streets around the residence. You can also do everything on foot, as the station is just a stone's throw away. In less than 5 minutes you'll be in the city center, and 20 minutes to the historic center with its famous Place Plumereau and its many restaurants and bars. The apartment is located on the ground floor, with a small step up to the apartment. Parking is only accessible via stairs.
