On the lower level, discover a rustic living room with a social area and an adjacent dining room perfect for family gatherings. The open kitchen is well-equipped for crafting delicious meals using the finest local ingredients. Additionally, a conveniently located bathroom cater to your morning and evening routines. Step outside to a covered BBQ area with a dining table, ideal for enjoying lunches or dinners on balmy summer nights. A ping-pong table awaits for friendly championships. Ascend to the upper floor, where a snug TV area, complete with a sofa and access to a terrace overlooking the serene neighborhood, awaits.
