For couples, friends or family, for Futuroscope travelers or for those who want to get together and discover the city of Poitiers. Whatever the case, this apartment will be ideal for your stay! It's located in the heart of the city, 5 minutes' walk from the town center, at the bottom of the plateau, in a private, fenced-in property. The property was built above the river Clain, making for a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment has been recently renovated to offer you a comfortable stay. It comprises a first room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for sharing. The second room includes the living room with a double sofa bed. The last room is a warm and spacious bedroom with a double bed and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. A small terrace area will also be much appreciated in fine weather!
