Surrounded by several adjoining private grounds, this house offers all the comforts both indoors and outdoors. You are 10 minutes walk from the city center and the warm Saturday and Wednesday morning market

To the right of the hallway, a large fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area and a very large bright living room with 2 sofas and TV. At the top of the wooden staircase, you will find 3 bedrooms, a play area and a reading area with a comfortable sofa, a toilet and a second bathroom with shower and heated towel rail.
