To escape the bustle of the city, head to one of its open spaces. The most popular is Buile Hill, a Grade II-listed park and a recognised Park of National Historic Importance. You can also visit the famed Blue Peter Garden at the MediaCityUK piazza. To brush up on your football knowledge, take a tour around the nearby Old Trafford Football Stadium, home of Manchester United Football Club. Across the canal, Salford Quays is a contemporary cultural and entertainment hub with gleaming architecture and waterside dining. Welcome to our home! Tastefully furnished with a contemporary style, the home is simple yet luxurious with its modern minimalist vibes. The living room is wide and spacious with a large flat-screen TV. It also comes with a comfortable sitting area and boasts plenty of soft natural light. Moving towards the spacious kitchen, you will find it fully equipped with all the essential mod-cons you'll need such as stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and more. There are three bedrooms, 2 of which feature a double bed, and one with a double sofabed. All fitted with good quality linens, this will ensure you a good night's sleep. We also provide fresh towels and free toiletries for your convenience. Your health is our priority. Our home follows an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. Have a pleasant stay.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
