Please note that the property is located near train lines, and trains pass by frequently. If you are particularly sensitive to noise, you may notice the sound of passing trains. Located on the 8th floor, the building also features an elevator. In the living room, you'll find a cosy sofa bed perfect for relaxing, a large-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, a dining table, and a work desk. PLEASE CONSIDER THAT THERE ARE TRAIN LINES ON ONE SIDE AND THE TRAIN PASSES BY RECURRENTLY, IF YOU ARE VERY SENSITIVE TO NOISE, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THERE COULD BE FREQUENT NOISE DUE TO THIS. We provide basic amenities for first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, a sponge, dishwashing products, and a trash bag. If you require additional cleaning or bedding, please let us know, and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a fee of at least 200 euros for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable utility usage policy will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Extra keys: 25€ (for an extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or door-opening service during your stay) Extra garage remote: 35€ in case of lost. Extra cleaning with bedding: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2 people, e.g., when the sofa bed is not included).
