Welcome to my apartment! Please note that parties, loud noises, and smoking are STRICTLY prohibited inside the apartment, as it is equipped with noise level monitors and smoke detectors. Pets are also not allowed. This charming 90 m² apartment features 3 double beds and a sofa bed spread over two floors. On the ground floor, the living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table. Down the hallway, you'll find the bathroom and the first bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking utensils and tableware, including an electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, and more. For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher for effortless cleanup, as well as a washing machine, dryer, and iron for your laundry needs. The second bedroom is located on the upper floor, accessible via stairs from the downstairs bedroom. This upper floor features two double beds, separated by a large partition for privacy. The bathroom is on the first floor and includes all necessary amenities, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! A note about expectations: We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect, while still enjoying comfort and convenience. The flat doesn't have windows, but it has a mechanical ventilation system to keep the air fresh inside the accommodation. As it's at street level, there may be some noise on weekdays. To keep things comfortable for everyone, parties, loud noise, smoking, and pets are not allowed. The apartment has noise monitors and smoke detectors, and furniture must stay inside the property. Please note that under no circumstances is it allowed to use, disturb, or affect the public road, the sidewalk, or the exterior areas, nor to remove furniture from the property.
