Welcome to my accommodation! This traditional house with typical Valencian tiles and modern décor is ideal for your temporary stay in Valencia. It is located very close to several key points of the city, such as Malvarrosa Beach and El Cabanyal, with easy access by tram to different areas according to your needs. The apartment features an open-plan layout, with a living room and kitchen area and very high ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, including an electric hob, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, as well as cutlery and essential utensils for your stay. It also includes a breakfast bar and dining table for guests. In the same area, you will find cabinets with a washing machine, dryer, and iron to cover all your needs. Next to it is the living room, with a very comfortable and spacious sofa and several chairs to share moments together while enjoying your favorite shows on the Smart TV. The property has four bedrooms distributed throughout the house, two of them located at the entrance and next to the living-kitchen area. All bedrooms are equipped with beds, bed linen, duvets, and everything necessary for a comfortable rest. There are also two full bathrooms, suitable for the capacity of the house, each with a shower, sink, and toilet. Finally, after the living room, you will find a wide hallway with a door leading to a large terrace, where you can enjoy the city’s pleasant climate while having a coffee. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental only – not available for tourist stays. To complete the booking, it is mandatory to sign a temporary rental contract and provide proof of the reason for your stay. After confirming the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign. Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive our agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form is completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor areas of the home if it has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Extra keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
