But the diversity of attractions is immense: just 2 minutes away, you will find the stunning Fonte da Telha Beach, famous for its natural beauty, extensive stretch of sand, and excellent fresh fish restaurants and beach bars to enjoy the sunset. The strategic location also allows you to combine relaxation with cultural discovery. The vibrant city of Lisbon is just 25 km away (about 25 minutes by car), allowing for easy visits to the capital. Very close by, in Almada, you can visit the iconic Sanctuary of Christ the King (Cristo Rei) with the best view over the Tagus. Welcome! This charming duplex apartment with a terrace, decorated to provide comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore the region and its attractions. Ideal for families, this apartment features an open-plan living and dining room. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, TV, and a table to gather the family and share meals. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare all daily meals. In addition to basic dishes and utensils, the kitchen features a kettle, fridge-freezer, stove hob, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine to help you in your daily life. Access to the terrace is conveniently located next to the living room and kitchen, overlooking the extensive pine forest. The terrace features a brick barbecue, tables, and seating so you can enjoy the outdoors while relaxing with a coffee in hand. The sleeping area is distributed over the two floors: on the lower floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobes; the upper floor, in a mezzanine, functions as an open suite with a double bed, a private seating area, and a spacious closet, illuminated by a skylight. All beds come with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The property has two bathrooms: a full one on the lower floor, equipped with a bathtub and double sink, and a service bathroom on the upper floor for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. The apartment is located on the second floor, and access is exclusively via stairs, making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility! Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
