Welcome to my home! This lovely home with 70m2 is close to stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. It is located on the 3rd floor and has lift access. The living room has a comfortable, relaxing sofa, a wide-screen TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table. The space is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and more. A washing machine is also available for your laundry needs. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a restful stay. The bathroom is stocked with all the necessary amenities for a refreshing experience, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is professionally cleaned to ensure your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

يتمتع بإطلالة رائعة على البحر، فقط يصعب الوصول إليه قليلاً بالمواصلات العامة، ولكن بصرف النظر عن ذلك فإن الإقامة فيه جيدة جداً
