Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 80 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 2nd floor and has lift access. It is designed with vibrant living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals. The two bedrooms are elegantly decorated. The first one features a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The two bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

شقة رائعة. مساحة كبيرة لعائلة مكونة من 4 أفراد. منطقة معيشة ومطبخ جميلان. 2 غرف جيدة و2 حمام جميل. كل المساحة مزينة بشكل جميل ونظيفة. مناشف وبياضات جميلة. موقع رائع. على مسافة قريبة من كل شيء في بورتو
