The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and the Bolhão station is just 4 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my studio! Tastefully decorated, this lovely 50m2 studio is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas, which offer multiple gastronomy options. It is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator. Relax in the living room, which features a comfortable queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens it, making it even more inviting. To prepare delicious meals, the adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as an electric hob, an oven, and a coffee machine. The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

كانت الإقامة في هذه الشقة مثالية، فهي تبعد دقيقة واحدة سيراً على الأقدام عن مركز التسوق وشارع سانتا كاتارينا. الموقع مثالي والشارع هادئ. أوصي بهذه الشقة.
