Continue your walk by the Batignolles market, a covered market famous for its organic products. To eat there, head towards Rue Truffaut. To go out, don't miss the trendy bars on the Place de Clichy, as well as the restaurants and wine bars in the Batignolles district.

It can comfortably accommodate two people with its bedroom with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Ideally located close to the metro, diverse stores and shops, restaurants and Monceau and Martin Luther King Parks, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris.

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 6th floor with a lift and overlooking the courtyard, this modern 30 m² apartment guarantees a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of the street and traffic noise. It is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and is not recommended for children or babies. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer, towel dryer, towels and complimentary toiletries. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. A smoke detector is installed for your safety. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please do not touch the following items: - The cupboards on the top storage level in the kitchen. - The bottom shelf of the refrigerator. - The top shelf in the freezer. - The under bed storage Thank you for your understanding.
