The apartment is in Barcarena, a quiet residential area in Oeiras, less than 30 minutes from Lisbon airport, picturesque villages and beaches in Estoril, Cascais, Sintra and the centre of Lisbon. Less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment, the neighbourhood includes a small supermarket, café, laundry, hairdresser and petrol station. In the historic area of Barcarena, a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment, there are other services, such as a bakery, post office, ATM and some traditional restaurants. You can find all the other necessary services in Oeiras (reachable in 10-15 min by car or bus), including hypermarkets, various stores, banks, a pharmacy, and a cinema (OeirasPark).

The apartment offers ample space for a comfortable stay and a spacious balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the warm weather, ideal for families or small groups. It includes a private garage with space for one car. Street parking is free.

Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 134 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 2nd floor and has lift access. The living room is elegantly furnished and very well-kept. It has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. Step outside and relax on the balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining. The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery that will fulfil your culinary requirements. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a king-size bed (200x200) and an ensuite bathroom. The second has a bunk bed and an extra single bed (ideal for children or teenagers). Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: - The apartment is in a residential building, and guests should respect the "silent" period and not make noise between 23h and 7h. Parking in the garage is only for a small car, and manoeuvring is difficult. Street parking, although free, is busy during rush hours. - For security purposes, a CCTV camera is installed on the house's exterior facing the front door.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

منزل مجهز تجهيزاً جيداً ونظيف. كان التواصل سهلاً وفعالاً. عقبة واحدة فقط، ولكن تم حلها بسرعة وسهولة. شعرنا وكأننا في منزلنا.
