Welcome to my home! This charming 100 m² two-bedroom apartment in Rossio offers a perfect retreat for families seeking comfort, space, and style. The bright and inviting living area is thoughtfully furnished with a style that blends modern and traditional, where you can enjoy a comfortable sofa, television, and the balcony with views of the scenic São Jorge Castle. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious homemade meals, with a stove, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and all the necessary kitchen utensils to make your culinary experience effortless. The dining room is perfect for sharing family meals, taking advantage of the spacious table and the family-friendly atmosphere. The accommodation features two magnificently decorated bedrooms. Both rooms have a queen-size bed and desks perfect for guests traveling on business. All beds are dressed with quality linens to ensure restful nights and peaceful sleep. The property includes a well-equipped bathroom, thoughtfully stocked with towels and toiletries to ensure a worry-free and comfortable stay. Please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and access is by stairs, making it unsuitable for those with mobility limitations. Enjoy your stay!

We require all guests to fill out a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, which is in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. For first-time use, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo, and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish detergent, and a trash bag. If you need extra cleaning or linens, please let us know; we will be happy to provide it for an additional cost. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of tobacco, ashes, etc.) Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will be applied, with a limit of €80 included. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, loss of keys, or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee. Extra linens: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included)."
