Welcome to my home! Upon arrival, you'll be captivated by the beauty and elegance of the architecture, as well as the lush landscaping and sparkling heated pool that greet you. The house has a large garden around the heated pool, plus an orchard with European and exotic fruits. The living room features a homely sitting area with a TV to watch all your favourite shows. The kitchen is between the indoor and outdoor dining rooms with a barbecue. It is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave to cook delicious meals. The bedrooms are furnished with two queen beds and a double bed (150×200cm), all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The house is professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). We charge 100€ to heat the pool up to 24º per week and 30€ per each degree extra. The house is located on a dead-end street.

لقد شعرنا براحة شديدة، وهو مكان رائع للعثور على الهدوء والسكينة والاسترخاء بعيداً عن التوتر والصخب والضوضاء. كما أن منظر المحيط يخطف الأنفاس بكل بساطة. نود أن نعود مرة أخرى.

لقد كانت إقامة رائعة لنا جميعاً. كان المنزل نظيفاً ومجهزاً بكل ما تحتاجه. كان المسبح والمنظر ممتعاً للغاية لقضاء الصباح أو اليوم للاسترخاء.
