Modern 1 bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. With an infinity pool on the roof, gym and common areas where you can study or work. The apartment has a living room and open space kitchen that extends to a large outdoor balcony, generously sized room, fully equipped kitchen and parking outside or in the garage. In the bedroom and living room we have electric shutters, reversible air conditioning, double glazing and high security doors. The well being you deserve!

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before you can check into the apartment (3 PM). There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking at the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: shower gel/shampoo and soap, toilet paper, sponge, dish soap and trash bag.
