Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 80 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 4th floor and has a lift access. The living area welcomes guests with a comfortable sitting space, including a double couch bed and a TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The spacious kitchen is perfect for cooking and gathering. It offers a warm, practical space with all the essentials: a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, complete cookware and cutlery, and, for added convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine, and ironing equipment. The master bedroom features a queen bed, generous storage, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a homely queen bed and ample wardrobe space. A bathroom in the hallway has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
