Welcome to my apartment! Our property is located on the second floor, accessible only via stairs (no lift). To reach the flat, guests need to climb 22 steps to enter the property and 2 flights of stairs to access the flat. The flat itself is 3 stories high, with 2 flights of stairs inside the property. Please note that these features may make it unsuitable for individuals with reduced mobility. Additionally, the air conditioning (A/C) is available only in the top-floor bedroom. This three-bedroom apartment in Camden is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The open space design connects the dining room, living room, and kitchen, creating an inviting ambience for shared laughter and delicious meals. The living area boasts a spacious sofa and a large smart TV with access to various streaming options for your entertainment. The dining room features a table for six. At the same time, the well-appointed kitchen includes all the necessary cookware and utensils for preparing delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. Please note the Air Con (A/C) ONLY works in the top floor bedroom. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
