Welcome to my apartment! This lovely 45m2, 1-bedroom apartment in the 12th arrondissement is the perfect romantic getaway for couples. The property is located on the fourth floor and is accessible by lift. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for watching your favorite shows, and a dining table. The apartment features a balcony with access from the living room and bedroom, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and add a touch of outdoor relaxation to your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a wardrobe for all your storage needs.
