It can comfortably accommodate four people with its two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Ideally located 3 minutes from the metro station Courcelles, you can easily explore the best attractions in Paris!

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 1st floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 82m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features two comfortable sofas, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, a fridge, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a queen bed (160x200), and the second has two single beds (90x200). All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay! A smoke detector is installed for your safety. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
