Ideally situated less than a 10-minute walk from Sacré-Cœur, Montmartre, and Pigalle, it offers the perfect base to enjoy the charm and vibrant atmosphere of these iconic Parisian neighborhoods. The apartment features an open floor plan: a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and a dining table for four, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchen. You’ll find everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. For your convenience, the apartment also includes a washer and ironing equipment. The bathroom is fitted with all essential amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. Upstairs, the bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure restful nights. A desk and Wi-Fi connection are also available, perfect for working remotely. The apartment is professionally cleaned to guarantee your comfort and peace of mind. Please note that there are stairs inside the property, making it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
