✨ A charming canut-style apartment in the heart of Lyon Located in one of the liveliest and most central areas of Lyon, just a few minutes’ walk from Place des Terreaux and the Croix-Rousse hill, this 19 m² apartment offers a calm, comfortable, and characterful stay. Beautifully decorated in soft, muted tones, it creates a soothing atmosphere as soon as you arrive. 🏡 The apartment Set on the secure ground floor, it stands out for its beautiful exposed French beams and the typical charm of a Lyon canut apartment. You will enjoy a cozy small living room with HD TV and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 guests, as well as a lovely modern fully equipped kitchen for easy cooking during your stay. The sleeping area is a mezzanine nook with a 140x190 bed, accessible by a staircase fitted with a handrail. Please note: the staircase leading to the mezzanine is a bit steep, so you should go up and down carefully. The mezzanine has a ceiling height of 1.75 m, offering a comfortable sleeping space, although it remains somewhat low-ceilinged. Downstairs, you will find a beautiful modern bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for a romantic getaway, a stay with friends, or a business trip, this apartment combines authenticity, comfort, and functionality. 🎁 Some welcome products at your disposal We provide basic supplies (a few coffee pods, tea, rice, pasta, spices, etc.) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (induction hobs, Nespresso machine, microwave...). Sheets and towels are included. Free fiber Wi‑Fi is available. You will find in the apartment a guide with all the information you need for an excellent stay (Wi‑Fi code, instructions, recommended restaurants...). 🔐 Access & autonomy Check-in is 100% autonomous from 3 PM via a smart lock. Checkout is scheduled until 11 AM maximum. 🕒 Extras Late checkout – Until 12 PM: +15 E – Until 1 PM: +20 E (Available only on request — to be requested no later than the day before and subject to availability) Early check-in – From 1 PM: +20 E – From 2 PM: +15 E (Available only on request and subject to availability) ⚠️ House rules As mentioned in the listing, parties and any noisy events (loud music, etc.) that could disturb our neighbors are prohibited within our apartment.
