The Royal Docks, located in East London, are an area of great historical and contemporary significance. They are well-served by the DLR, which provides easy access to Canary Wharf, the City of London, and other key areas. The Elizabeth Line from Custom House Station (10-minute walk) further enhances connectivity, linking the area to Heathrow Airport and central London. During the summer months, Royal Victoria Dock transforms into an urban beach, offering a unique leisure experience with sand, deckchairs, and various events. The building offers top-notch amenities, including a fully-equipped gym for your fitness needs. The living room is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable sitting area and a sofa bed, perfect for lounging or accommodating an extra two guests. A flat-screen TV is available to enjoy all your favourite shows and movies. The space also features a lovely dining table and a convenient work desk, providing a dedicated spot for using your laptop or handling any work tasks. The property also boasts a private balcony with seating for two, offering a tranquil spot to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the city views. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
