Welcome to your home in Bayswater! Set within a classic Victorian townhouse on one of West London's most recognisable streets, this studio has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and ease. The king-size bed is dressed in quality linens, and built-in wardrobe storage keeps the space feeling uncluttered and calm. Large windows draw in generous natural light throughout the day. Settle in at the dining area for two, catch a show on the smart TV with Netflix, or take advantage of the laptop-friendly workspace — perfect for those combining work with leisure. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and all the cookware and crockery you need. A washing machine is available for longer stays. The private bathroom features a shower, bathtub, and a full set of toiletries and fresh towels — everything you need to feel right at home. The studio is professionally cleaned and prepared before every arrival. Enjoy your stay! To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). You can choose whichever option suits you best. Full terms and conditions are provided before purchase.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
