Welcome! The beautifully designed living room has a plush sofa, a vibrant terracotta armchair and a modern coffee table, creating a stylish and comfortable atmosphere. There's also a large smart TV that is perfect for watching all your favourite shows. A huge balcony spans the entire 2-bedroom apartment, serving as a gallery for the breathtaking full marina view. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second has twin beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that the swimming pool has been temporarily closed for maintenance and will remain closed until further notice. Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in apartment buildings or surrounding areas. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city's dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
