Nearby the area are a variety of restaurants with different cuisines you can explore on the JBR walk or have some fancy dinner in The Address JBR. 2 minutes from the building is a Choitrams grocery store, a Life Pharmacy and a small clinic accessible by walking.

It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The area features floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a furnished balcony, where you can fully relax and take in the views. The kitchen features top-of-the-range appliances and essential cookware and crockery to fulfil any of your culinary needs. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathrooms are equipped with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!
