Situated on the 57th floor, this 121m² apartment is easily accessible by lift. Step into this stunning, modern 2 Bedroom apartment in Downtown Dubai's heart. The spacious, light-filled living room features contemporary furnishings with a sleek design. The dining area comfortably accommodates five guests, while the sitting area, complete with a smart TV, invites you to unwind and enjoy your favourite shows. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The spacious master bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed and the second bedroom features a queen-size bed. Both rooms are elegantly decorated with hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep. The 2 bathrooms has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. Guests can enjoy a range of premium amenities, including an infinity pool, a dedicated yoga room, a kids’ playground and playroom, as well as a BBQ area perfect for social gatherings. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.
