Downtown Dubai is one of the most upscale locations in Dubai, boasting some award-winning restaurants, hotels and stores. Burj Khalifa is about 2km away from the apartment. You can’t fail to miss Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai’s crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing not only the world’s tallest building but the world’s largest fountains and mall. Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads, and Downtown is often used as a canvas for modern art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. In the cooler months, cross one of the many bridges to the Burj Khalifa park and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy lunch or dinner watching the dancing fountains. Because of its mixed-use, Downtown is a fantastic place to mix with Dubai residents and locals and watch real life unfold in a cosmopolitan environment.

Modern and elegantly decorated, this lovely 76m2 apartment is located on the 6th floor, accessible by lift and is close to various top attractions in Dubai, such as Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall, and many good restaurants scattered around the area. The living room features a sofa bed, a TV with streaming options, and a dining area where you can grab your meals. There is also a private balcony with seating to enjoy the stunning city views. The kitchen fully has essential cookware and cutleries to prepare a delicious meal. The bedroom contains a comfortable queen bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces for your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are also supplied for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-ins after 21:00 are subject to a surcharge of AED 150. This fee must be paid in advance to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in process. Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival, which we must upload to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED X per night. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our property in the best quality and on time. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests. Housekeeping, laundry, airport transfers, and other services are offered during your stay. Please note that additional charges apply. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee at a minimum.
