This spacious 74m2 apartment is located on the 10th floor of Capital Bay Towers, a highly sophisticated and well-located building in the heart of Business Bay, and it comes with elevator access. The towers offer luxury residential apartments close to landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Dubai Water Canal. This apartment is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. Designed with large windows overlooking the city, the living area features a comfortable king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows through multiple streaming options like Netflix and a dining table. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to make a home-cooked meal, including a cooking stove, microwave, and toaster. There's also a washing machine and ironing equipment for all your laundry needs. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries, which are convenient. You will have complimentary access to the building's shared facilities, such as the swimming pool, gym, children's playground, and jacuzzi. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort before your arrival. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department so that I can register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests.
