Located on the ground floor, it offers a cosy and convenient base for exploring the area. The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable sofa and a TV where you can unwind and enjoy your favourite shows after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment also includes a washer, clothes dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed dressed in hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep, along with ample storage space for your belongings. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
