The space is designed for comfort, offering a plush sofa and a leather accent chair, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. The open-plan kitchen boasts sleek white cabinetry and integrated appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. Ideal for culinary enthusiasts, it provides all the necessary cooking utensils for preparing meals. The dining area seamlessly connects with the kitchen, fostering a sociable atmosphere. The bedroom, a haven of tranquillity, features a queen-sized bed and large windows that fill the room with natural light. Ample storage is provided by built-in wardrobes, while bedside tables with reading lamps add a touch of convenience. The bathroom includes a beautiful glass-enclosed shower and bidet, ensuring a refreshing start to your day. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival. Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
