The elegant living room is equipped with a spacious and comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing and watching TV after a day of sightseeing, and also features a practical dining area. The contemporary-design kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, the space has a hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine and other appliances to help you throughout your day. Access to the balcony, facing the street, is conveniently made from the living room through wide sliding glass doors, allowing you to take advantage of the abundant natural light that fills the entire interior — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee outdoors. The bedroom is harmoniously decorated in serene tones and is equipped with a comfortable double bed to ensure a restful night's sleep, also featuring wardrobes to comfortably store your belongings. Check-in at this property is in person, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation. Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. For the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay). Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
