Located on the fourth floor, the apartment is easily accessible by lift. The bright and spacious open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa, a large Smart TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table with seating for four. Step outside onto the private balcony, where you can relax in the outdoor seating area and take in the stunning views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including a cooking hob, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. For your convenience, the apartment also includes a washing machine and ironing facilities. The two inviting bedrooms each feature a comfortable double bed, complete with complimentary, hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. For your peace of mind and comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Very good stay, the flat was very clean and well located with a beautiful view. The host was very responsive by message and was able to answer all our questions. The only downside: it's a shame we did
